Last night we got a call asking if we would be willing to take a sibling group of three.
We were sitting watching Netflix and listened as the admissions lady talked to the answering machine.
We laughed and laughed and laughed.
We are turning down children. It feels weird.

omigosh, for a minute there, I thought you were going to say you had accepted them!!!! :) Yup...someone else can take those kids and love on 'em...not your job right now, for sure! Glad it gave you a good laugh...therapeutic, laughter! :)
Oh boy!
Wow I was a bit scared for a minute. Glad your choice was the best for you and your family, sad that there are other children needing homes, I suppose there always will be. take care of the ones you have and yourself too.
I thought you were going to say that you took them in too! Get some rest and enjoy your LAMP!!! I'll be praying that the other children find a great home.
Yes, it is a weird, wonderful place to be where we're finally turning down children :) So grateful to be there too right now!
LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!! I'm laughing with you at the thought!! "UM, sure, do you offer a bus for travels if we take them?" Good grief, can you imagine??!!
